Council for Court Excellence

Founded in 1982 in Washington, DC, the Council for Court Excellence is a nonprofit, nonpartisian civic organization working to improve the administration of justice in the local and federal courts and related agencies in the Washington metropolitan area and in the nation. The Council accomplishes that stated goal by identification and promotion of court reforms, improvement of public access to justice, and increasing public awareness and support of our justice system.

Victor E. Long, a founding partner of Regan Zambri Long PLLC, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Council for Court Excellence and has been a member of the CCE Board of Directors for more than ten years. Mr. Long conducted the following interview with Robert J. Spagnoletti, Attorney General of the District of Columbia on behalf of the Council for Court Excellence Newsletter.
