As reported in the Winter 1998-1999 edition of Ski Safety News, the largest jury award in a ski case in Virginia was reinstated unanimously by the Virginia Supreme Court. Patrick Regan, President and Senior Partner of Regan Zambri & Long, PLLC, represented Patricia Stone Hoar, on behalf of her husband, Thomas Hoar, against Massanutten Ski Resort.
